When you form the habit of searching for the positive in every circumstance, your life will move into higher dimensions.
All success in life, whether material or spiritual start with the thoughts that you put in your mind every second of every minute of every day. Your outer world reflects the state of your inner world. By controlling the thoughts that you think and by the way you respond to the events in your life, you begin to control your destiny.
Chinese character for ‘crisis’ is put together by the words ‘danger’ & ‘opportunity’. The ancient Chinese knew: there is a bright side to the darkest circumstances – if you have the courage to look for it.
There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. There is no such thing as negative experience, only opportunities to grow, learn and advance along the road of self-mastery. From struggle comes strength. Pain can be a wonderful teacher.
Begin to live out the glory of your imagination not your memory.
The boundaries of your life are merely creations of the self.
Secret to happiness: find out what you truly love to do and direct all your energy towards doing it.
With one eye fixed on the destination, there is only one eye left to guide you along the journey. You need both of them: focus on the path not the destination.
The fact you have a desire/dream means that you have the corresponding capacity to realize it.
A concentrated mind: harness it and direct its focus only to the task at hand. The moment you concentrate the focus of your mind on a singular purpose, extraordinary gifts will appear within your life.
Worry causes your precious mental energy and potential to leak.
Start taking risks. Shake up your life. Take the road less travelled. Most people live within the confines of their comfort zone, the best thing is to regularly move beyond it. This is the way of lasting personal mastery and to realize the true potential of your human endowments – body mind and soul.
Take time to think, discover your real reason for being here and then have the courage to act on it.
Practice meditation for it’s own sake and just to take each moment as it comes, pleasant – unpleasant, good, bad or ugly. And then work wit that because it is what is present now. With this attitude life itself becomes practice. Then, rather than doing practice, practice is doing you. Life will become your meditation teacher and your guide.
Feeling what you feel, let the mind be as it is and knowing something about how it is in this moment. It’s not about getting somewhere else, but allowing yourself to be where you are.
Letting go: choosing to be transparant to our own likes and dislikes and of the unawareness that draws us to cling to them.
Imagine how it feels to suspend all your judging and instead to let each moment be just as it is, without attempting to evaluate it as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. This would be true stillness, a true liberation.
Voluntary simplicity means going fewer places is one day rather than more, seeing less so you can see more, doing less so you can do more. Acquiring less so you can have more. It is bearing in mind what is most important to you so that it is not lost or betrayed in the heat and reactivity of a particular moment.
Why do I want to meditate? What is my vision, my map for where i am and where am i going? Does this vision reflect my true values and intentions? Am I remembering to embody those values? Do I practice my intentions? How am I NOW in my job, family, relationships, travel, myself? How do I want to be? How do I relate to suffering, both my own and others?
See your life as a journey and an adventure. Where are you going? What are you seeking? where are you now? What stage of the journey have you come to? If your life were a book, what would you call it today? Can you be fully open to all of the energies? This journey is uniquely yours and no one else’s. So the path has to be your own. You cannot imitate someone else’s journey and still be true to yourself. Are you prepared to honor your uniqueness in this way? Can you commit to lightning your path with mindfulness and awareness? Can you see ways in which you could easily get stuck, or have in the past?
When we can be centered in ourselves, even for brief periods of time in the face of the pull of the outer world, not having to look elsewhere for something to fill us up or make us happy, we can be at home wherever we find ourselves, at peace with things as they are, moment by moment.
Repetition and ritual and their good results come in many forms. Changing the sheets, doing the dishes, doing the laundry, drinking coffee. Don’t let yourself think these are distracting you from your more serious pursuits. Such a round of chores is not a set of difficulties we hope to escape from so that we may do our ‘practice’ which will put us on our ‘path’ – these chores are part of our path.
Let go and admit that you could be home wherever you are. Right in that moment you touch the core of your being and invite mindfulness to enter and to heal. What is it on this planet that nees doing that i know something about, that probably won’t happen unless I take responsibility for it?
Everything is created twice. First in the mind than in reality. Thought are things, material messengers that we send out to influence our physical world. To improve the outer world. start within and change the caliber of your thoughts.
Your mind has magnetic power to attract all that you desire into your life. If there is a lack in your life, there is a lack in your thoughts.
Run your own race! What you tell yourself is important. Do not care about other judging you. Every second you spend thinking about someone else’s dream, you take time away from your own.
When you consistently direct your mind to live in the present you will always have boundless energy, no matter what time the clock reflects. Time is a mind-made concept. The only time that really exist is NOW. Time is a non renewable resource, so time mastery is life mastery. Direct all of your time to those activities that count. An ancient rule of 20: 80% of the results you achieve in your life, come from the 20% of the activities that occupy your time. Don’t let others steal your time, those who master their time live simple lives.

Act if failure is impossible and succes will be assured. Wipe out every thought of not achieving your dreams, material or spiritual. Be brave, and set no limits on the workings of your imagination. Never be a prisoner of your past. Become an architect of your future.
The quality of life will come down to the quality of your contribution. You enter the world with nothing, you leave with nothing. You are in this world to give yourself to others and to contribute in a meaningful way. See yourself as part of the collective. The most noble thing is to give to others.
Within you lies the sun, the moon, the sky and all it the wonders of this universe. The intelligence that created the wonders is the same force that created you. All things around you come from the same source. We are all ONE.
Self-control is mind control. Will is thinking of the mental powers. Control every thought, that you think. Discard weak thoughts, focus only on the positive and good. You will attract good and positive actions.
Words are great influencers. Words are the verbal embodiment of power. By filling your mind with words of hope, you become hopeful. By filling your mind with words of kindness, you become kind. Words have power.
The purpose of life is a life of purpose. Time mastery = life mastery. Time is a non renewable resource.
The best time to plant a tree was 40 years ago. The second best time is TODAY. Don’t waste a minute of your day. Create a mental deathbed: it reminds you that today could be your last, so savor it to the fullest.
The quality of life will come down to the quality of your contribution. You enter the world with nothing and you will leave the world with nothing. YOU ARE IN THIS WORLD TO GIVE YOURSELF TO OTHERS AND CONTRIBUTE IN A MEANINGFUL WAY.
